Reservations Policy

All reservations require first night’s payment at the time of reservation prior to arrival. Minimum stay is required on weekends and special events. Upon receipt of payment, a written confirmation will be sent to you.

Check In is at 4:00 p.m.

Check Out is at 11:00 a.m.

Cancellations

Your payment will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 7 days before your scheduled arrival. There is a $15 processing charge for all refunds.

If you are unable to cancel within the specified time, we must have 100% occupancy on the days you reserved before we can return your payment. This policy pertains to early checkouts as well as cancellations.

It is our intention to make your stay a pleasant one, and these terms are necessary for the successful management of our small country inns. Thank you for respecting these policies.
