Reservations Policy
All reservations require first night’s payment at the time of reservation prior to arrival. Minimum stay is required on weekends and special events. Upon receipt of payment, a written confirmation will be sent to you.
Office Hours:
Check Out is at 11:00 a.m.
All rooms are double occupancy; the Dollhouse Suite is the only room than can accommodate four people. Extra persons rate is $40 per person, per night.
Children under 12 are not allowed.
No pets are allowed at San Antonio House Inn.
With the exception of the Dollhouse Suite, all rooms are for a maximum of two adults.

Cancellations
Your payment will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 7 days before your scheduled arrival. There is a $15 processing charge for all refunds.
If you are unable to cancel within the specified time, we must have 100% occupancy on the days you reserved before we can return your payment. This policy pertains to early checkouts as well as cancellations.
